We're a team passionate about creating simple digital solutions for everyday workshop operations, helping independent workshops save time and reduce effort every day.

La nostra storia

Back in 2018, our founder was running several independent workshops and faced the same frustration every single day. Every vehicle manufacturer had its own service portal. Different logins. Different workflows. Different rules. A simple digital service entry meant navigating countless systems and wasting valuable hours on administration instead of serving customers.

There had to be a better way. In 2019, oe service was born with one simple goal: to make digital service documentation effortless. One platform. One login. One consistent workflow for every manufacturer.

What started as a faster way to create digital service entries has evolved into much more. Today, we are the digital companion for the entire service process, helping more than 6,000 workshops perform manufacturer-compliant servicing, access inspection plans, retrieve vehicle history and save time every single day.
